No Returns or Exchanges
Final Sale:
•All trading card sales are final. This includes sealed products,
individual cards, and bundles. Returns or exchanges are not
accepted under any circumstances.
Condition:
•Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, we cannot
accept returns based on condition concerns after purchase.
Please inspect items (where possible) prior to completing your
transaction.
Opened Products:
•Products that have been opened or tampered with are strictly
non-returnable.
Sealed Products:
•Returns are not accepted for sealed items such as booster
packs, booster boxes, or special sets, regardless of condition
after purchase.
Pre-Orders:
•Pre-orders are non-refundable. Please ensure your
commitment to the purchase before placing an order.
Exceptions
We recognize that issues can sometimes arise. The following exceptions apply:
Damaged or Defective Products:
•If your product is proven to be damaged or defective upon
receipt, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include
evidence (e.g. photos) to help us resolve the issue.
Shipping Errors:
